How do you embed a rtps stream from a ip cam like decide in a html page without a webserver or the kind?

Simple video, iframe tags won't work. Random solutions online either involve a webserver of some kind, or deprecated components of vlc, both out of options

 

I just need said stream to be embedded within an html, so it can be seen through a browser. A webserver is out of scope, and I don't have an extra machine to use for it

You can have a browser play a mp4 file saved on your local disk if that's what you mean

You can't. No browsers have RTSP support. There used to be a way to do it with NPAPI plugins, but they are not supported anymore. There are a few solutions but they all include transforming the RTSP stream into something usable by the browser, which will require a server.
