Low frames on good computer in L4D2

50 frames in hordes, 70 without. Is there an issue with my drivers? I checked my computer and all fans and PSU are fine.

GTX 660

8GB DDR3 1600 RAM

I think I get around the same with my 560ti. (I never notice framerate issues in L4D2)

Do you have Multicore rendering on? It helps alot

Yes. Should this be normal for my computer or should I be hitting the 150's - 200's?
