how to whitelist app to be allowed to use to my GPU

I see a few apps snapping up Vram and GPU cycles when ill be fine with CPU rending such windows desktop and chrome as i wanna give my GPU to my games and blender when i need them.

Ive got an gtx 3060ti.

any hand?

Polygons? textures?  samples? You want it? It's yours, my friend, as long as you have enough Vram.
Hey heads up I  have writing disorder I try my best but still make errors.

Well you can't "whitelist" them, but try to find wich processes use the most resource and either kill them or set them up to use CPU rendering.

 

But simply put: You can't.

I am NOT a professional and I write before I think, so REFRESH THE PAGE!!!  Theres a 99% chance I've edited my post.

 

Also: Please enable XMP/D.O.H.C before asking why your ram is too slow.

if windows sees an rtx card it will abuse them as hard as possible, this wasnt a problem with older gtx cards... mysteriously!
