any thunderbolt 4 docks power by usb PD?

Can someone help me out on this?

I would like to have a thunderbolt 4 dock with at least 1 hdmi out and a rj45 network port.

But powered by USB-C.

So I can use 1 single charger for my laptops without having to use the dock all the time.

(and due to work cases I will be able to use 1 nexode 300w for 2 docks and 2 laptops)

or since I don't seem to find any, is this even technically possible?

is there a reason it needs to be a thunderbolt dock if you only need ethernet and a Hdmi? a usb-c dongle/hub with PD passthrough would do that for infinitely cheaper

preferably, the extra bandwidth would be useful for storage applications.

Thunderbolt4 requires USB PD compatibility, so as long as it is TB4 certified it must have it. I have a USB C dock that gives me 3x display outputs, ethernet, 3.5mm audio and lots of USB, which connects to my laptop using just a single USB and also charges it. Its from Wavlink and I got it from their aliexpress page.
