Re-anodizing Lian Li case - Are the ball studs aluminum?

Hi,

I'm hoping to get the front/side panels of my black DAN Case C4-SFX (manufactured by Lian Li) re-anodized in a natural/silver finish.

The local shop I'm talking to is asking if the ball studs on the panels (used for mounting them to the case) are steel or aluminum.

To my eye they seem to have been attached and anodized with the rest of the panel (photo attached), but I was hoping someone with experience might be able to confirm?

Thanks!

Are they magnetic? If they are, they're not aluminum.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

They're not magnetic, but the shop said they might be stainless (which I think is pretty unlikely).

As suggested I will just take it to them, was just trying to save myself a long commute only to leave empty handed haha

Most common grades of stainless fasteners you find are still magnetic and to a slight degree. They are just less magnetic than regular steel.
