You could run a DB check and, if needed a repair as well. I had my DB get corrupted recently and this tool worked perfectly:

Thanks for the suggestion. It didnt fix the issue. What I ended up doing is deleting the entire TV library and resetting that up. Once I did that and it started grabbing media and meta data and it seems to be fixed now.  Not sure if it was a database issue or something else.

Today I noticed not all my media is being picked up by my Plex server. I have Stargate Seasons 1 thru 10 and only a few episodes out of multiple seasons are seen by Plex. The episodes are in a Stargate Folder, with each season being in its own sub folder. Naming and file types are all the same. Recently I reinstalled the OS in my Plex server to the newest version of Ubuntu.

Plex server:

i5 3570K

HD 7950

16 Gigs DDR3

Ubuntu LTS (should be latest as of install)

Plex media is stored on a 8TB drive in my QNAP NAS. I know that the drive is mounted properly because other shows and movies show up.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
