Just saw this, is this an OS we can actually get and use from someone/somewhere?

Honestly it's not like this is the first time videos like that pop up.

 

I see pretty much daily concept videos of the next MASS EFFECT or ASSASSINS CREED game - thumbnail gets me every time so i click them, im a sucker for them. 😁

 

But they usually end up being too good to be true.
