Get 2 780... that would be more than enough... and if you have some extra money ~ get 2 780Ti

3 way 1440p monitors wouldn't be fine to get 60fps+ on max settings.

just get a 780ti thats enough for 1080p :P... If you want to go down the multimonitor route then think about AMD.

the only issue I think would be possible would be the 3GB frame buffer on the 780 Ti. two titans would certainly be able to handle it playing about anything at

Yeah, but it's two GPUs on one card, so the price is justified.

Absolutely, core performance is comparable and the memory bandwidth is higher I believe.

But the 295x2 has 8GB of ram, and the Titan black has 6GB so 2 cards make it 12GB.

That's true, but even 3 1080p monitors wouldn't use up all of that vram. Your money would actually be better spent on the 295x2

Yeah i think a 295x2 would be the best option, Just make sure you get the correct PSU and have enough space in your case. Look up on the internet what PSUs work with the r9 295x2 becuase they need something called 12v rails

Yeah, this is important because the card requires a certain amount of amperage provided by the 12v rail to which it is connected. Luckily, most good quality, high wattage power supplies have a single 12v rail, which means the current isn't split up in a confusing way.

When you SLI graphics cards the memory is shared. It does NOT add up. So two titan blacks will still have 6GB of vram effectively.
