Ultimate Zombie Defense is a single player or up to 4 player online coop top down tower defense survival horror game developed by Terror Dog Studio based out of Belfast, Northern Ireland and London, UK. The game features an extensive base building system where you place objects such as chain link fences, sandbags, barbed wire, concrete barriers, turrets, mines, fog lights and other military-grade components. Weapons provided are from a classic pump shotgun to a flamethrower, grenade launcher and even a mini-gun. Slow-mo will trigger during your most impressive moments, unique Boss fights will occur and the soundtrack is metal.

It appears you to need to have a Steam account that has spent atleast $5 US from the Steam store to be eligible to get it for free.

That's true, it's to prevent people using dozens of accounts to claim dozens of keys. You haven't spent $5 on Steam yet? If not, the Steam Winter sale is tomorrow so there's bound to be something of your interest for $5.

 

I've been on that 7 Days to Die lately, it should hit $5-$6 tomorrow if you don't already own it. It's still in early access but it's been receiving seasonal updates year in and year out since 2009. The game completely changes over the years and it provides hundreds, if not thousands of hours of gameplay. It's also fun to use mods and they've grown big time the past few years.

I've been holding for Baldur's Gate 3 sale and read something about it being December 21 on Steam.
