Those look like rubber hard drive grommets. They help reduce vibration by providing mechanical cushioning between the drives and the case.

 

Your case probably came with long drive screws that have a partially threaded shank. The non-threaded part goes through the grommet.

It came from coolermaster mb600l v2 PC case. I thought maybe it was for motherboard screw but it's too thick for that.

Hard to tell by the picture, but it might be related to the HDD cage. They sometimes include those to lessen vibrations. Might also be related to a fan.

Those are usually for HDD mounting I believe.

oh rhat explains. I thought those were to remove motherboard contact from the case for people who bad bad grounding
