Best way to clean large deskpad

I've had the circuit desk pad for a few months now and I love it but just not sure the best way to clean it. Any top tips?

Throw it in the bathtub

And don't use fabric softner or a harsh stain remover because the first only makes it get dirty quicker and the second wears out any glue

Agree. I've found simple Dawn™ + dish sponge works like a charm. Lay flat to dry for a day or two.

I used the "hair screw tool" attachment that came with my fancy dyson vacuum on my black desk pad recently. It did a pretty good job of scratching loose the skin cells I think.
