Game not launching on ssd

When I try to launch cod on my 980 pro ssd it won't, but when I reinstalled the game to another ssd it launches fine. I have other games on 980 pro that work, just cod on that ssd doesnt work . Any help would be appreciated.

4 ssds 2x m.2s and 2x sata

Download Samsung's Magician Utility and make sure no Firmware updates are available. There were early problems with the 980 Pros if memory serves correctly due to a firmware problem causing premature failure of the SSDs.
