Gpu green and yellow lines

hey i just changed from nvidia gpu to an amd gpu and when I boot normally I get this lines on my screen but I can still somewhat see the image .

any idea what can be causing this?

did you uninstal the nvidia drivers (using ddu)

 

try different output cables in different ports

 

try a different amd driver

That looks like a hardware defect, you'll probably need to RMA the card

what is the amd card? I have had 100's of rx cards and sometimes they do do some strange stuff, where was it from? has it got the original bios on it?
