Looking for Mechanical Bluetooth Keyboard 75% in ISO layout

Cloudhopper

Hey to all keyboard enthusiasts,

I come to you to pick your collective brain.

I'm using an Apple Magic Keyboard 2 (the 75%) at work and.... I'm tired of it to be honest. It's a great keyboard for what it is, but I'm getting to the point where I want something more comfortable when I'm in the office.

My challenges:
- ISO layout (I'm a european, learned typing on ISO, my muscle memory is so used to the big enter key I need it.)
- Bluetooth so it connects with my work MacBook

The only keyboards that I can find in ISO really are the Keychron ones, (K2 and K6 i think?)
I know of Nuphy, but they dont offer ISO at the moment, i know there are rumours that might change.

Are there any other avenues I can explore?

Bonus challenge:
- ISO keycap set in "ice cream" design, like the one by Epomaker or Honanana. I found some on Ali, but the colors seem "off".

Thanks a million for your help!

ISO will be hard to find, best guess would be the Keychron boards. But it will also depend a lot on your budget and how long you are willing to wait.

Meletrix offers the Zoom series of keyboards, which apparently offer multiple layouts in their board/plate design. So you could change that yourself, though they are group buys and pretty expensive (keep in mind you'll have to add shipping, switches etc. so your final price will more or less double!).

Ducky offers a variety of keyboards with hotswap nowadays, but I don't think they have a bluetooth one. Definitely double check that though.

Cherry offers a mechanical BT board: https://www.cherry-world.com/mx-8-2-tkl-wireless but that is not hotswap, so though even it is good quality, I would not recommend it for that reason. Sooner or later you either need to replace a broken switch, or want to change the type, and then you'll need to solder.

Epomaker now has a set of ISO keyboards on offer (they can be configured, so don't be discouraged by the images), but I have no reference for the quality etc. https://epomaker.com/collections/iso-keyboard

Akko also has a few ISO layout boards in there portfolio: https://akkogear.eu/collections/80-tkl-keyboards

Regarding keycaps, some vendors/manufacturers also have the ISO sets either in their regular kit or available as extras. Some examples:

Keychron are a solid choice for Macs as they have a switch for the Mac layout, so you can have the option and command keys the right way around. They also do the correct ISO Mac keycaps.

There sadly isn't much choice for us in ISO land, even less if you use Macs.

Yes, that is sadly my conclusion after some research. Thats why I came here, because I know that there will be people here that are way more into keyboards than me and who have forgotten more about keyboards than I will ever know.

I already got some good pointers and I appreciate that.
