Msi infinite B360m bazooka bios failure

I  tried to do a bios update from the website and it crashed and now won't boot I've tried taking the bios battery out and the jumper cables and still nothing, I dunno what else to do
Please gimme some advice 

MSI Infinite - I7-8700, 16GB DDR4, RTX 2060, 120GB NVME, 1TB SSD, 500GB SSD, 1TB HDD

When I did a bios update, it crashed when doing it and restarted
