Help with Prime Video 4K streaming on my Samsung TV

Hey guys.

I've got a Samsung UA55AU7700KLXL 4K TV running Tizen 2141.2 as it's OS (More info in the photo attached). I've been using prime video in this TV for a year or so and it's been all fine until a few weeks ago. Whenever I wanna stream 4K HDR movies in prime video, it keeps switching to HD HDR and sometimes just HDR while the movie's playing. I can confirm that neither my internet nor my router is the issue as the TV says the speed is well around 150Mbps (Photo attached of the speedtest).

I'd appreciate for someone to help me out with this cuz it's been bugging me a bit too much recently.

Thanks in advance :)

The main problem is that the built in apps on these tvs are generally dogs*** and if you really want to solve this issue you should pick up something like an Nvidia shield or Apple TV.

prime sometimes weirdly separates 4K hdr versions of content from HD versions and you have to search for the 4K version specifically.
