Best budget case fans

I have recently purchased an NZXT H5 flow and I am looking to add some extra fans for extra air flow.

Currently using the two fans provided with the case. These are fine but only seem to run at about 850 RPM (Noise isn't a massive issue as CPU fan will always be the loudest)

Looking for some good value fans (Around 1200+ RPM) to add to the case, probably 120mm but i'm sure the case supports 140mm.

Also I will now need to get either a fan splitter or hub as I am now out of motherboard fan headers, i'm not sure if a fan hub will be beneficial?

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Arctic P12 PWM PST3 pack, you can daisy chain them so no need of a hub

That's around $30 I think

P12 PWM PSTs are about 30$ for a 5 pack, not 3 pack

(The ARGB models are around 42$ for a 3 pack

Edit:  Arctic also makes P14 (140mm) versions of the same fans at similar pricing, so pick the size you like.

Those Arctic fans go up to 1800 RPM. You can use a restrictive fan curve to keep them slow or get something else. There are certainly slower fans to choose from, though, if you don't want to use a curve.

I used Deepcool TF120S on the build for my brother. 4 Pin PWM and reasonably priced. They perform well... $14.99 CAD each

I can't tell you about their quality, but SAMA has some 1200 RPM fans. Some are currently on sale, I think.
