The title sums it up: I'm not sure which one is better. I use my PC for various things, and I have both, but I don't know which one to sell. Any insights?

I owned a 2070s and it’s a little powerhouse, now it only has 8gb of vram wich will be a limiting factor in modern games but I think it’s a overall faster performer than the 3060. 

 

depends highly on your use case but I would like 2070s better than a 3060

Just by simple choice at this stage, you want more mature featureset and bigger VRAM? get the 3060 12GB. You want raw horsepower kick? 2070 Super is the deal

it's "relative" performance fyi, a 3060's 12GB VRAM is better if you for example do 3D modelling on big projects:

Is gaming your main determining activity on your PC,do you do activities on your PC that benefit from VRAM? 

3060 12GB,its got the VRAM for current Gen games, its more future proof then the 2070 and it seems to get more feature support then the 2070 from Nvidia

 

Do your activities require faster performance or you play only specific games where u dont care about VRAM and just want absolute performance?

2070 Super

 

What i honestly would choose? (i mainly game newest releasing games that catch my attention, cyberpunk,elderscrolls, baldurs gate etc)

3060 12gb, trust more that it will get more support then the 2070 when it comes to driver optimization
