Which USB Flash drive for a jellyfin server storage

jsnotlout1

Im running out of storage on my jelly fin server which is running on a raspberry pi 4

It only has USB and micro SD for storage. So I only have USB sticks as an option

Will any of these work? Or will they be destroyed by the read/write rate

https://www.amazon.com/PNY-512GB-Elite-X-Flash-Drive/dp/B088RMCCLR

https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-512GB-Ultra-Flash-Drive/dp/B0BY2X88LD

I use this one as a boot drive for my raspberry pi 4. All the reading and writing has not damaged it at all so far

I would go for NVME SSD with some USB enclosure

R9 5900X, Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240, Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE V2, 2x16GB Kingston FuryX 3800MHZ CL18 Hynix DJR "Tuned" , Gigabyte RTX 4090 Gaming OC, Windows 11

I could do that, But will the pi supply the power. I also dont have a massive budget, so more space for less is probably better
