Red VGA light motherboard

Hello,

Unfortunately my pc won't boot into windows or actually do much. Simply the pc just refuses to let me in the bios and do basically anything and the issue is that I have a vga light on my motherboard. Basically I've tried to do the following:

 

•Disconnect the gpu and reseat it.

•Take out the cmos battery to clear the bios

•Replace the cmos battery with a new 3V one

•Moved the gpu to a lower pcie slot

 

Yes not much. But what else can I do?

I couldn't dare reseating the cpu as I'm actually terrified at ripping it out the socket AGAIN!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

•Asus RX 580 8GB

•ROG STRIX 750W GOLD 80+

•Samsung 980 1tb

•Corsair Vengeance RAM 16GB

Try another PCI slot in the motherboard.

 

Tip on the removing coolers on ZIF sockets: twist the cooler before pulling up, to break the seal between the cpu and the cooler.
