Worth taking a shot eBay has good buyers protection I am in the us

 

Edit: I will not be getting one I'm just curious how do they plan to make money someone buys it either does not get it or gets the wrong thing then eBay refunds it and they get banned how???

Get yourself a free 4970 after you report them and dispute the charge. 

 

But if your time is worth it to get screwed and then have to dispute things.... sure.

Ebay refunds YOU, but if the seller can take the funds before the Ebay takes it back, they win.

i wonder how that works though, since when i sell high value things, ebay will hold the funds for a 30 day period to ensure there is no disputes? maybe there is a way around it? after all, why would people do it if it can't be done. just curious. (i also don't sell things often, so i don't think they hold the funds for higher use accounts).

At least when you've sold a bunch of stuff the time is reduced to 3 days (for me at least), so easily before before the package arrives. Doesn't work for new accounts tho, so not sure how they do it.
