Hi there, I'm pretty new here but I was wondering if anyone knows if a Slim ATX case exists?

I have found that there is the Thermaltake Core G3 but this has full size PCIe slots and I need low profile slots due to some of my hardware.

I want to have a slim case so I can build a minecraft server for me and friends and I want to use a workstation motherboard so I can use some of my higher capacity ECC memmory (wich I accidentally bought) however it seems that all (that i've found which are compadible) are ATX or E-ATX.

I'm not even sure if these cases exist.

Why not just change the low profile brackets on the cards to standard size? Surely that would be easier than finding a slim case.

Do you need more than 2 slots? As mentioned by @Blue4130 you can convert low profile to full size PCIe brackets fairly easily

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

Lots of options from InWin if you go mATX but you'll need a low profile GPU if you don't want to use a CPU with an iGPU.

SuperMicro usually has a few Workstation boards in the mATX form factor but most of these use ECC uDIMMs rather than RDIMMs.

Check out some of Silverstone's offerings. The ML series ("Milo") was part of their series of HTPC cases, with ML09's having a dual slot low profile, and the ML05 and ML06 were single slot designs.
