Hi,

I am considering buying a secretlab chair, but since the price tag is pretty hefty, I am looking for honest reviews! Are the people who have the chair here happy with it?

This. 1 million times this. You can also add Humanscale and Harworth to your search criteria. Find used items from businesses selling their assets.

I spend 9+ hours a day on an Aeron, and used to in a Criterion from Steelcase.

 

Though they aren't cheap, get a knock off instead.

^^^ My Titan XL armrests are splitting on the sides. I have not bothered trying to warranty, so IDK that end. The seat itself is nice though.

No, what you want is a Herman Miller Aeron.  Only chair that's comfortable enough to use all day long, and they are built like a tank. I have one that's 12 years old and still like new.

Secret Lab is a Singaporean company. It is a luxury brand with lot of paid reviews.  

 

For your information, all gaming chairs will eventually have their cushion/screws start coming off by itself after 4 years of sitting.  currently i am using a RM 850 gaming chair and almost 50% of the soft fabric rots and come off after 5 years. Even my  RM 1.5k headphones have the same issue.   Unless you are talking about leather materials like Napa. Things might be different.

I'm sitting on a chair that I found on the curb for trash pickup.  I'm also sitting in front of a $5,000 rig.  Spend your money on equipment that does stuff rather than looks nice.

Hi, @Frederique any success in looking for good chair? 

I was looking at Secretlab as well and got really disappointed with their presale behavior with misleading info on sale details. 

If you found something nice I would like to get your opinion.

About other comments looking from pricy chair to even more absurd options is not really useful even if it's a great product.
