SSD MAKES BUZZING SOUND

I installed Samsung Evo 870 250GB SSD on my Sony Vaio SVE1513ACNB. It is giving Sequential read of 558MBPS, and write of 371 MBPS.
When I bootup the system, a buzzing sound comes from near the SATA Case, I held my ear against it.
Then I tried boot up the system by SATA connector from same SSD. It couldn't do it BUT I connected it as external storage and it was making a minor buzzing sound when ear is placed near SSD.
I don't know if it is normal or not. Though it is a very minor sound and should be normal for electrical devices.
Does someone know if SSD should make buzz sound (like electrical buzz sound)? OR Will it damage the PC?

Though the HDD had much more sounds like grinding , buzzing etc.

SSDs don't have mechanical parts and don't make any noise at all. The only possible reason an SSD would be making noise is:

your system has some major electrical issues.
