Firefox added support for Nvidia VSR, but I can't get it to work.

I've set gfx.webrender.super-resolution.nvidia to true in about:config, but nothing changed. It works fine on the officially supported browsers. I'm on version 117

Don't know if you ever got this working, but this worked for me.
