Graphic issues in all games

Having graphic issues in like all of the games i play like in the picture, under the guy and between his legs and the white outline of his arm

 

also jagged edges in many games even tho AA is on

Disable Ray Tracing in the games if it is enabled. If it's not related to RT or if it does fix the issue having RT off, then use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers, reinstall them using Nvidia Geforce Experience. 

 

If it persists after a complete removal and installation of new drivers then it may be faulty hardware, in which case your card would need to be RMA'd or replaced.
