The PSU side of the cable likely has a 3.3V pin, which is not used on Molex connectors.

PCIe connectors have 3 12V pins, the PSU side has 4 12V pins.

The -5V pin has not been used on PSUs for about 20 years.

I just buy PSU and I noticed some pin on the cable is missing is this normal?, and I also noticed a small metal object on the box I afraid one of the pin on the cable is come loose.

No idea what that is, but surely not an ATX cable terminal pin.
PSU connectors pins is not nearly shaped like that.

You can google the pins used in PSU connectors :
1. Molex 5556 & Molex 5558

2. Molex AMP Mate-n-Lok

I'm pretty sure that is a bridge for using the PSU without it being connected to a mobo, for testing or using as a second PSU

Iunno, I don't think they'll give a bridge like that though, since to me a bridge like that may leads to lawsuit.

The only jumpers I've ever seen included were full plastic caps, not just bare wire. I could never see a company doing that. Way too easy for the end user to plug into the wrong slots an either electrocute themselves or start a fire.
