LMG grew way too fast over the last few years. It inflated to such a degree that it now blew up into Linus' face.

This was not natural growth as well...

I don't find it "excessive" I look forward to their videos at the end of my day. The complaints you hear about not having about time or being under a time crunch seems to the same you hear from other media industries like VFX works and game studios. I don't think there is any simple solution.
