How EA/Origin Messed Me Over

Alright first off this isnt about PC Gaming more just a general discussion.

 

So 2 weeks ago I log in to my battle log. password doesnt work. So be it dont care not changing it. Want to play sim city a week later. Again password wrong. Cool guess I'll change it. That takes me an hour to get to change it and when I do my password and stuff looks like I am making a new account. OK? Just go along I said. I did and cool empty account! Just like a new one. SWEEET! Well shit have to contact them which takes me 2 hours to figure out where to do this and the broswers wernt loading...(IE worked ironically....) So anyways I get a call. They ask for some info. Dont get it keep going throught. Then 3 people later finally have all the info and all that. Sweet account back. Go in and look at the logs to see who got in....this guy left his phone number...that's the same area code as me....this is the guy that had the same email as me...so I only have a little bit til he gets in again. GG Origin.

 

Here the cringe worthy part. He got the account back when he said all he owns was 2 sims games and some how had the product codes for them...No email, no security answer, didnt know all the games......

this. Also, someone will probably be fired from the costumer service for that mess up of not asking any questions and just transferring the games.
