More info needed.

Do you want earbuds (that sit on the outer ear), IEMs, on-ear headphones, over-ear headphones?

Do you sweat a lot? Running? Lifting?

Do you need a decent microphone?

Windows? MacOS? iOS? Android?

HD599 when they are on sale or SHP9600 if you don’t want to wait

These are all wired and I prefer a wireless option and if anc is possible I would love that as well

I sweat but don't sweat another and I do lifting primarily and also cycle along

I am going to be gaming so a decent mic would be great only if it's in the budget but not a required

And atm I use windows and android but plan on getting an iPhone in October.

Wireless headphones for gaming and on-the-go tend to be mutually exclusive, since Bluetooth wireless tends to be too high latency for gaming.

Good quality ANC and on-ear tend to be mutually exclusive, since on-ears don't seal well.

ANC and gaming usually don't go well together, because most ANC implementations interfere with your ear's natural positional cues.

The best compromise headphone I'm aware of which meets all of the technical criteria (decent ANC, low enough latency wireless for games, and bluetooth for wireless on-the-go) is the Razer Barracuda Pro, which is technically available used under $100 on Amazon, but just barely, and not in good condition. And it's still probably not ideal for gym use since it's over ear and closed.

Depending on your situation, you might be better off with something like a separate wired headphone for gaming and wireless in-ear for everyday use.
