No. I would rather get a used 6950 xt or a 7900 xt. Or even a used 3090 if you really like vram

both of those cards walk all over the 4070 literally. Also the much higher FPS means you dont need fancy trigger words for tech to make the games look nicer. you can easily drop the fps for much higher graphical settings and still have a game look awesome. AMD might not be shiny but they have a tremendous amount of grunt to push pixels.

Wouldn't be worth it imo. Upgrade cpu and system ram first. 5700X or 5800X and upgrade to at least 32GB 3200MHz RAM. You may also want to consider adding more SSD storage to your build.

8GB is still fine for 1080p.

I play on 1440p and how is 6 core 5600 ryzen 5 bottlenecking if goes like 60% in games and gpu works like 99%

On 1440p the 5600 is fine for a 3070Ti. It wouldn't be on 1080p and it's not for a 4070Ti.ž

But the 5800X3D would do great with a 4070Ti on 1440p.

For me, I bought my Ti during the last big Prime sale.. it was like 400 cheaper than the 7900XT. Good deal. My 3070 Ti was about the price of a 7900XT with tax during the plandemic summer.
