Are these any good?

Need a pair of iems with inline mic and $30 is my max budget, is this any good and if not are there any better options you recommend?

The Marley's have a warmer sound signature, and I like the braided cable a bit better. The "memory wire" on the MEElectronics is good in theory, but it ends up being kind of a gimmick.
