Cannot press space if I'm holding CTRL

Cannot press space if i'm holding the ctrl key. Win 11. 
The issue wasn't present just two days ago. not a ghosting problem (tried a different keyboard) 
Both keys work just fine and you can press ctrl while holding space (just not the other way around) 
uninstalled geforce experince (some people said it causes this problem, did not fix the issue for me)

Maybe a recent Windows update? Does this combination do anything on the Windows desktop?

It was caused by PowerToys' Peek utility which was updated I think one or two days ago, changing its shortcut (which was ctrl+space) solved it for me.
