Rtx 4070 crashing (only in Steam games)

So ive just build my new pc 3 days ago..
Setup: (win 11)
Ryzen 7 7700x
Asus B650 Plus
32gb Kingston Fury beast DDR5-6000
Gigabyte Rtx 4070 windforce oc
Kingston fury renegade m.2 ssd (1tb)
BeQuiet 750w psu

Everything was fine But since yesterday my games (pubg/ csgo) keep crashing.
Sometimes on launch, sometimes after 10 minutes also it tells me nothing about the crash or just „unknown Crash“.

I did 1 hour of furmark without any issues..

far cry primal also works

What ive already done:

-mainboard is on newest bios
-reinstall windows
-reinstall steam + games
-newest Windows Updates
-newest Nvidia drivers
-older Nvidia driver

-when using my old gtx970 the games run without crashing

-when using the rtx 4070 in my old system the same issue persists

Does anyone have an idea?

thank you 🙂

what mouse are you using, and also what monitor are you using?

ive had issues with random games where the polling rate on my mouse makes them crash, and ive also had games where if i turn down my refreshrate by 10 hz or so they no longer crash.

So my monitor is a Gigabyte G34WQC A (144hz) and the mouse is a razer basilisk x hyperspeed.

I just dont get why the first days everything worked and than it doesnt.

I cant remember changing or even installing anything
