Static at bottom of Corsair AIO screen. Normal, or not?

It's not normal. It could, at worst, be an indication of a problem that may grow, taking out the whole screen.

So I've had this AIO cover since the beginning of the year and this is the first time I have turned all the RGB off and I can see this static now. Normally the RGB ring around the screen makes that invisible. 
Do I need to return this? How bad is Corsair to deal with?

It is fully updated.
