Old PSU for new PC

Hey,

 

i wondered if i can still use a "750 Watt Corsair RMx Series RM750x Modular 80+ Gold " from 2016 in a new machine today.

GPU: 7900XT

CPU 7800X3D

 

I cant find any answers on what actually changed in the "RM750x" over the last years and i got mixed answers before.

I found the specifications for the PSU on here and it seems like nothing really changed.

Could anyone clear this for me and tell me if need a new one or not?

Its getting up there in age but they do have 10 year warranty and its a top tier PSU. I see no problem in using it.

The 2018 version is 16cm long instead of 18cm, and is a bit quieter. The 2021 version downgraded the fan and fan grille, so it's louder. Just keep using it, it's fine
