Laptop stuck in bios update

So I wanted to update my bios and did that. Laptop shutdown as normal and shows a cmd like text that it is updating and the fan ramps up to 100% as normal. But then the screen went black and the fans are still going after 2 hours at max speed. I cant shut it down, what should I do?

You can always hold down the power button to turn it off

Did you hold that power button for 5-10 seconds?

 

Not possible to remove battery?

I did hold it for even longer but nothing. I dont have the tools to open up my laptop.

Disconnect the charger and let the battery drain?
