If the unsoldered coil is the only problem it should be pretty simple to see where it goes and to resolder it, but there's no guarantee that's the only problem obviously.

That's an inductor, there are usually dozens of them scattered throughout the PCB of a GPU, so without a photo of the PCB there isn't really a way to see where it would go.

Those are usually very easy to replace, but I'd be more concerned with how it fell off in the first place. The card likely took a pretty big hit, so we don't know if that's the only damage the card received (the core could've gotten cracked in an incident that bad).

its an inductor from the VRM, so if it broke of and the gpu was not powered on afterwards it might be an easy fix, if it was powered on the Whole VRM might be broken... You nerver know, if its really cheap it might be worth a gamble, but i would wonder what else might be broken if there is a broken inductor

If the price is under $50 and you have $50 to spare, then you it's worth the risk for the sake of experimenting. But considering that 2070s now run at $150 in working condition, it's not a good deal if you intend it for regular use.

But the bigger question is HOW dafyq did that inductor get knocked off from underneath the cooler ??? Most probably cause will be careless power washing and if that's the case, then there is A TON of additional potential issues.
