What exact model of cpu, ram, and motherboard do you have? Have you looked at the motherboard manual to see what the white debug light means? Just to clarify, you plugged your display cable into the graphics card and not motherboard, correct?

Hey so I just built my pc and it has the white boot light on the motherboard and just won’t display anything on my monitor. My fans lit up and the gpu lit up so at least there’s power but idk what’s wrong
