how to download games from OVAGAMES using Jdownloader - please help

please can someone give me a brief insights on the procedure? ive been usig IDM but ive heard that jdownloader helps with lots of files...

so which link should i copy?

the web adress of filecript(that gives links to all the parts of the game)??

 or one by one?

please tell me how YOU download games using jdownloader. ill be really thankful. 

and then what to do in jdownloader app?? is there a way to select download files from the bunch of them? can i select which files to download from all of them??
