8320 CPU Fan Suggestions

Well I had to upgrade from a i3-3220 to an FX-8320, give my i3 to my mom, and the FX stock is a bit loud. Taking this bad to my dorm would bother my roommate, and I really want to overclock it. 

I had a 4.2 GHz overclock. <Max I was thinking about was around 4.5Ghz.

What cooler would be good? I have a about 40$ to play around with. I was looking at a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. 

Suggestions?

212 evos a great cooler and quite so it gets my vote

I use the 212 evo and it works fantastic for the price.  I think its a fantastic choice!

pretty happy with my enermax t40, 4.5ghz stable oc is gonna take more though.

What case do you have?

I have a 212 evo for my 8350 and keeps it around 30 celcius, gaming is around 50

So id get that, its pretty darn cheap aswell

If you only have $40 the 212 evo is pretty much the only option worth getting.

I use a cooler master evo with after market fans and it works amazing I have mine over clocked to 4.5 ghz and at load it only hits 63c tops
