Getting OneDrive to treat multiple PCs on the same account as separate

Now that I've upgraded from a macbook to a PC laptop, I have 3 different PCs that I want to back up to the onedrive cloud separately and I'm trying to see if that's possible without getting more microsoft accounts. I absolutely do not want my 3 PCs to have the same file systems on each since they are used for different things. How do I get onedrive to treat all of my PCs as separate?

The point of OneDrive is to keep the PCs in sync, meaning you want them to have the same files in the OneDrive directory. If you don't want that, you should create a separate account for each.

Thanks for clarifying, I guess I'll just delink the PC's I don't want on the cloud and manually transfer files I want backed up to the PC that is. I really don't want to deal with multiple microsoft accounts.
