I can not sign in on my Proton email

I completely forgot my password and I completely lost my recovery phrase paper and I forgot to change my mobile number. I DON'T want to lose all my important emails!!! How do i reset my password?

If you've lost, forgotten, or haven't enabled all of those account recovery options the account is gone. Nothing you can do.

 

In the future perhaps write down your passwords or use a password manager.
