Why this weird text is coming up in the terminal everytime executing a cpp code after compilation??

everytime of execution even though the code is running or being executed as i want it this text is coming up. Why is that anything wrong with the compiler??

okay then i have a follow up question i don't get this text while i do the coding part in a linux environment. My friends who use windows only get this

Because you're using a different compiler.
