Laptop fan making motor sound and vibrating

Hello, so I have this laptop that is like 2 months old, the Dell Vostro 3405 and some days ago the fan started making a not very loud like motor sounds 'brrrrrr' and then now it got louder and makes the laptop vibrate even, where the fan its located, thoughts on this? about what could it be, etc. Thank you in advance, hope you can help me figure out whats happening, any extra info you could need you can ask me

The first thing I would try is spraying some compressed air on the fan to see if anything is stuck in there. May be a bad fan, who knows.

Also try reading through this to maybe change fan settings, it is entirely possible that it is just ramping up far too quickly.
