I just got  skippable add on a  techlinked episode for floatplane

I subscribed to floatplane earlier today (not thanks to an ad). Definitely worth the 5 bucks a month. There are a few features I wish existed similar to YouTube but I can certainly live without them for now. Things like videos watched being marked “watched”, closed captioning, or automatically started the next recommended video. 
 

I wonder if there would be a way to incorporate chat gpt with floatplane to generate closed captions?

 

Anyway, with as much time and money is going into floatplane it certainly makes sense to advertise to non subscribers. Especially since if you’re watching on YouTube you aren’t already subscribed.
