changed amd cpu now the pc wouldn t boot

i i upgraded from from ryzen 7 1700x to ryzen 5 5600  on msi 370x krait and would boot  even if i updated to the newest beta bios still nothing only flashes 2x cpus 1x vga 1xboot   white led on motherboard the computers kick in when i turn it on and doesnt turn of until i do  it writes no signal on monitor can you guys help me... please

check your cpu pins, check their not bent and try a cpu reseat. Also check your debug lights and report back here if there are any lit up. A pic of them would be nice

Cpu pins are fine i already reseated it didn t help here is a vid of debug lights

from this vid you MUST rotate your aio. I'll let this gamers nexus vid (from 13:02 to 16:00)explain it but its really not good for the longevity of your aio

how rotating and aio would help me with my computer not booting up ?

Did you flash bios before you swapped cpu?
Put the 1700x back in and try again.
