Can you drive a generic flat tv, via a cheap USB/Bluetooth and a smartphone?

My remote controller broke

Another controller costs around 10 euros, the ir blaster seems to not work in this Toshiba (idk specific model) tv for some reason

So, is there any other cheaper solution?

Not for less than a new remote will cost, no.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Its 10 euro's you wont get much cheaper than that

but I mean, if an usb keyboard can be plugged in, isn't there an usb device that can act like a keyboard while receiving inputs through bluetooth?

like usb/bluetooth adapter for the tv, the adapter receives instructions from the phone and acts like a keyboard

hm maybe I can use it as an arduino project, if it does not already exist
