weird sound coming from pc

I have this sound coming from my computer, sometimes it happens and other times it doesn't. Sometimes it will happen for a couple minutes and then stop.
Is this bad or just a

are you taking about the high pitch noise or the humming 

both are  normal

the high pitch is called coil whine it pretty much happens on all pc's other then that the humming seems fines

which i could be wrong about the humming cause my pc gets really loud is self sometimes
