Would a 3080 ti Ventus (305mm) fit in a Corsair iCUE 220T (max gpu length of 300mm) ?

Leonking360

Would that 5mm cause any issues? I really don't have that many available case options at that price point and since it is around 100 dollars in my country (for now) it is really good for the price. Since i am planning to buy a iCUE cooler and since i already have a CX750F, it would fit perfectly well i if would be able to fit the card in.

Are they measuring that 300mm with the front fans installed or no?

What I would suggest is looking at completed builds with this case on PCpartpicker, seeing what GPU's were used, and then cross-referencing the length of those models. This should give you a clear idea what will really fit and what won't.

this reduces card size down to 270 mm and i found it online for as low as 149 USD.

If he's being budget-conscious about case choice, he probably isn't going to want to commit to doing a full custom water loop. You're going to have to spend way more than 149USD to actually get the card working with that block, and OP is also probably not in the US.

Plus the cost of tube, fittings, radiator, pump and biocides or coolant.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

I think i have found a good example: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/dDGcCJ

That card is documented to be a 300mm, and it looks like there is enough room for a card that is 5mm longer. But it would be really tight for certain. Maybe i should start looking for another case idk

Is there room to move the fans to be between the case and that front panel?

With this in mind I think an extra 5mm wouldn't cause *too much* of an issue. Could always remove the fan or find a cheapo low profile one if it's causing issues and this is your only option.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

The fans in that picture are 25mm thick. If you could mount them outside like that you'd have plenty of room for the GPU. You wouldn't have room for a radiator up front, so what I would do is just get a 280mm AIO and mount it in the top of the case instead.

Yes, i was actually planning to mount the aio to the top. But since the gpu's are getting even bigger, even if it fits, idk if this would be a future-proof case

I completely missed that you're wanting to buy that case. I had a big long thing typed out about not caring about what comes out in the mean time.

Since you're looking at buying a case, what country are you in, and what stores do you have available?

Is the Fractal Pop Air available there? 405mm gpu clearance, and is a really good case. Here in the states it's under $100 as well. My current build is in the XL version. If you want a smaller case, even the mini has 365mm, but only fits up to a mATX motherboard.

"Is the Fractal Pop Air available there?" unfortunately no. I think i will go with an asus tuf gaming gt301 since its closely priced. It can hold up to 320mm gpu's.

I'm using a 220T airflow and have investigated this very query.  It's possible, however.  You need to mount the fans on the outside of the chassis.  This will give you an extra 25mm of clearance if you're planning on using the stock fans that come with the case.  My 297mm 2070 Super Gaming X is a squeeze in it's stock configuration

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

As @SimplyChunksaid, I have that case, I love it to death. The only issue that I've had with it, personally, is that I have a ram clearance issue when I try to mount my rad to the top of it. I have it mounted to the front, but other than that its a great little case.
